Terms & Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Hazelink ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users, including waitlist members, free tier users, and paid subscribers. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Account Access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or access tokens. Hazelink is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Accounts created with false information may be suspended without notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hazelink. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Hazelink to:
- Access devices, systems, or networks without authorization
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Harass, abuse, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without written permission
- Use the Service to conduct unauthorized surveillance or monitoring of individuals
- Overload or disrupt the infrastructure of the Service
Hazelink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Subscriptions
Hazelink offers the following subscription tiers, billed every 3 months:
- Free — 0 OMR. 1 device, 15 GB / week transfer, Haze · Gemini Flash-Lite (8/day).
- Core — 4 OMR per 3 months. 3 devices, 75 GB / week, priority relay, Haze with web search (50/day).
- Elite — 8 OMR per 3 months. 7 devices, 350 GB / week, full remote, cross-device sync, GPT-4o mini (120k tokens/day).
- Infinite — 12 OMR per 3 months. 20 devices, 1 TB / week, Claude Haiku (15k tokens/day + 350k per billing period), BYO API key, priority performance.
- Enterprise — Custom pricing. Contact enterprise@hazelink.app for teams and companies.
Founder Program: The first 200 users to join the waitlist receive Infinite access permanently free. Founder status is non-transferable and linked to the email address used at signup. Launch AI notice: during the first 3 months after launch, hosted Haze AI for Founders uses Gemini Flash-Lite (50k tokens/day), not Claude. Paid Infinite subscribers receive Claude Haiku after the launch window. Founders may add their own Claude API key in the app at any time.
Billing: Paid plans are billed every 3 months through PayPal (USD) on the web app, or through Thawani (OMR) when available. Subscriptions do not auto-renew by default unless you complete a new purchase each period — we will send a reminder before your plan expires. You may cancel future renewals at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds for unused time unless required by applicable law.
Price Changes: We will notify subscribers at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. You may cancel before the new price takes effect.
5. Remote PC Access
Hazelink provides software that lets you remotely monitor and control computers you own or are authorized to use. By pairing a PC, you confirm you have the legal right to install the Hazelink agent and enable remote access on that machine.
You must not use Hazelink to access third-party systems without permission, intercept communications, or violate computer misuse or privacy laws in your jurisdiction.
Destructive actions (shutdown, sleep, closing applications) may cause data loss if work is unsaved. Hazelink prompts for confirmation where appropriate, but you accept responsibility for commands sent from your account.
You are responsible for maintaining OS security updates, antivirus protection, and strong passwords on paired devices.
6. Haze AI
Haze is an optional AI assistant. Responses are generated automatically and may be incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. Hazelink does not provide professional, legal, medical, or financial advice through Haze.
Hosted AI is subject to daily and periodic token limits per plan. Founders receive Gemini-based hosted AI during the launch window as described in your plan terms — not Claude — unless you supply your own API key where supported.
You must not use Haze to generate illegal content, malware instructions, harassment, or material that violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that abuse AI features.
When you use hosted AI, your prompts are transmitted to third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Payments & Refunds
All prices are shown before checkout. Payment processing is handled by third parties (PayPal, and Thawani when enabled). Hazelink does not store full payment card details.
Except where required by law, all sales are final once the billing period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@hazelink.app within 14 days with your transaction ID.
Founder status, promotional credits, and referral benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
8. App Store & Google Play
If you download Hazelink from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, additional platform terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and Hazelink, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service or its content.
- Apple/Google have no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
- In the event of failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google for a refund of the purchase price (if any) for the app — to the maximum extent permitted by their policies. Hazelink's liability is otherwise limited as stated below.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms if you use the iOS app, and may enforce them against you.
Digital subscriptions purchased inside native iOS/Android apps (when offered) are governed by the respective store's subscription and cancellation rules. Web purchases via PayPal are governed by these Terms and PayPal's policies.
9. Intellectual Property
All software, design, branding, documentation, and content associated with Hazelink is the intellectual property of Hazelink and its creator. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Hazelink materials without explicit written permission.
Your own data — files transferred, device configurations, session content — remains your property. You grant Hazelink a limited license to process this data solely to operate the Service.
Feedback and suggestions submitted through the feedback form may be used by Hazelink to improve the product. You waive any claim to compensation for submitted feedback.
10. Service Availability
Hazelink aims for 99.9% uptime on its relay infrastructure. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, infrastructure failures, or events outside our control may cause downtime.
Local network features of Hazelink operate independently of our cloud infrastructure. If our relay servers are unavailable, local LAN features continue to function.
We will notify subscribers of planned maintenance at least 48 hours in advance where possible. Unplanned outages will be communicated via our Discord channel and status page.
11. Limitations of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hazelink and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption — arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
12. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@hazelink.app or through your account settings.
Hazelink may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to compromise the integrity of the Service. In cases of severe violation, termination is immediate and without refund.
Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Hazelink shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
