When does Hazelink launch?+
Hazelink launches in early August 2026. Founder members (first 200 signups) get immediate access. General availability follows shortly after.
How does 3-month billing work?+
You're billed once every 3 months. No monthly billing, no surprise charges. You can cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
What is the Founder program?+
The first 200 users to join the waitlist receive Founder status — which means Infinite access, permanently free. No renewals, no catch. This is our way of rewarding early believers.
Does Hazelink require always-on internet?+
For local network features, Hazelink works entirely on your LAN with no internet required. Cloud relay features (like global wake and remote access from outside your network) use our encrypted relay infrastructure.
What devices are supported?+
Windows PCs, Android phones, and any network device (NAS, servers). iOS and macOS support is on the roadmap. All devices connect through the Hazelink relay layer.
Is my data stored on Hazelink servers?+
Transferred data passes through our encrypted relay but is not stored. Your files, clipboard content, and sessions are end-to-end encrypted. Hazelink cannot read your data.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?+
Yes. You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
