Your guide to Hazelink
Hazelink connects your phone and PC so they feel like one system — control your computer from anywhere, move files, see what’s running, and chat with Haze, your in-app assistant.
What is Hazelink?
Hazelink is a remote control layer for people who live across devices. Install a small helper on your Windows PC, pair it with the Hazelink app on your phone (or use the web app), and you can wake your PC, launch games and apps, check stats, transfer files, sync clipboard and notes, and more — without sitting at your desk.

Getting started
- Create an account — Sign in with email or Google in the Hazelink app or at app.hazelink.app.
- Install on your PC — Download the Windows helper when it’s available on launch day and run the installer.
- Pair your devices — Your PC shows a 6-digit code. Enter it in the app during onboarding.
- Connect — Open My PCs, tap your computer, and you’re in.
Keep your PC on (or use Wake) and make sure the Hazelink helper is running. Your phone talks to your PC through a secure connection — you don’t need to be on the same Wi‑Fi after pairing.

Founder program
The first 200 waitlist members get Infinite-level access free, forever — linked to the email you signed up with. Founder status doesn’t transfer to another account.
Launch note: For the first 3 months after launch, founders use our efficient hosted AI (Gemini Flash-Lite). Paid Infinite subscribers get Claude Haiku after the launch window. Founders can add their own Claude API key in settings if they prefer.
Payments
Upgrade from the app’s Plans screen. International checkout is available via PayPal (charged in USD). Local card options may be added later.
After payment, your plan activates automatically — no manual codes needed.
Tips & troubleshooting
PC shows offline
- Make sure the PC is on and the Hazelink helper is running
- Try Wake from the app
- Re-pair from device settings if you recently reinstalled Windows
Can’t control the PC
- Check your internet on both devices
- Sign out and back in if you see permission errors
- Use Re-pair to generate a fresh connection
Haze says limit reached
- Each plan has a daily AI allowance — it resets over time
- Shorter messages use fewer tokens; try again tomorrow or upgrade
Privacy & safety
- Your PC is only reachable through your paired account
- Destructive actions (shutdown, etc.) ask for confirmation
