Delete your account

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open Hazelink and sign in
2. Go to Profile / Settings
3. Tap Delete account and confirm

This permanently deletes your profile, paired devices, chat history, and subscription linkage from our systems.

Option 2 — Request by email

Email us from your registered address:

Subject: Delete my Hazelink account

We process deletion requests within 30 days (usually sooner).

What is deleted

• Account profile and authentication
• Paired device / agent records
• Haze chat history
• Subscription linkage on our side

Uninstall the Windows Hazelink agent separately to remove local PC software. Active paid time is not refunded unless required by law.
